Job Vacancy as Head of Solution Architects at Ericsson Indonesia

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and develop the Solution Architect team within the Multimedia and Systems Integration department.
* Ensure resources, competence, utilization and performance of the solution architect team.
* Ensure quality and excellence of the solution architect deliverables and that the work is performed according to available processes and tools.

Qualifications:

* University degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or equivalent experience in a related discipline.
* Having at least 5-10 years experience in the telecom and/or IT domain. Background in the telecommunication industry preferably in the technical sales & consultancy capacity.
* Documented strong experience in leading and developing people and teams.
* Highly developed telecom knowledge (Network elements, Fixed/Mobile architectures, Charging concepts, etc)
* Good knowledge in one or several domains: IN, Charging, Messaging, VAS, Multimedia and related Systems integration activities
* Highly developed Customer Orientation and Consultative Skills
* Strong ability to pro-actively identify add-on opportunities in relation to systems integration efforts and turn into business opportunities
* Highly Developed Communication skills (Presentation, Interpersonal and Influencing Skill)
* Highly developed English language, both written and spoken
