We are a company providing services for the drilling and production sectors of the oil and gas industry, seeking to fill the following position:
IT Support (ITS)
Duties / Responsibilities :
- Perform first level support and troubleshooting of computer software and hardware
- Maintain and administer Microsoft Windows based servers & workstations, printers, other computer equipment and peripheral.
- Develop and maintain system documentations and inventories.
- Provide user training, and encourage more efficient use of the IT infrastructure. Qualifications:
- Min 2 years relevant working experience with college diploma or university degree majoring in computer science
- min MCP, MCSA/MCSE preferred
- good knowledge of Windows NT/2K/XP/2003 operating systems & Microsoft networking and office application software
- Strong working knowledge and experience in installation and troubleshooting common computer hardware and software issues
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills & computer literate
- Proactive, willing to travel locally in Indonesia
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills in English Job
