Lead Permit Coordinator - (Singapore)
Responsibilities:
* Must have held a supervisory position, either in the construction or operation.
* Must be able to manage / control the work permit applications for entrepreneurs.
* Must be familiar with or able to review ALL entrepreneurs PTW demand, fashion statements, job risk assessments, as well as JSEA's.
* Must be able set-up/manage a request PTW database, it will be either access or an Excel spreadsheet.
* Meeting with FS / Client / entrepreneurs to solve a permit or a system.
* Have experience of that position.
Requirements:
* Candidates should have at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or professional degree in engineering (environmental / health / safety), engineering (petroleum and oil and gas) or the equivalent.
* At least 5 years (s) of experience in the related area is required for this position.
* Applicants must be Malaysian, Singaporean, Filipino, Indian, Vietnamese, Thai, Indonesian, Bangladesh, other citizens or hold residency status.
* Preferably members of the management specializing in environmental engineering / health / safety or equivalent.
* Full-time positions available.
